Tired

So tired all of us.  In particular we grownups
Long days with much time wasted. 
Give me the strength and wisdom for an early night and a get on with it attitude today x x
My thoughts and love also to my beloved that are fighting his way through some tough times of work.
I'm in day 5 of no alcohol his in number zero but perhaps today is the day he takes the step.  New days new options
